Which distributors do you support?
UNFI, KeHE and Threshold, plus direct-to-store orders. We connect your distributors during onboarding and pull reports automatically from then on.
How does Birdfeeder billing work?
You set a monthly budget and add funds. When our rep places an order, the payout is set aside, and it’s only used once the order is verified: shipped to the store, or confirmed placed where a distributor doesn’t send automated reports. If it doesn’t ship, the money goes back into your budget. Turn on auto top-up to refill to your budget each month (budget $1,000, end the month with $250 left, and we add $750), or add funds whenever you like.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes, you add a card or bank account at signup, but it isn’t charged until your free month ends. Cancel from your billing settings before then and you won’t pay anything.
When am I billed?
Your free month is 30 days. When it ends, you pay a prorated amount for the rest of that calendar month. After that, it’s $250 on the 1st of each month.
Is Birdfeeder required?
No. It’s optional and available to every subscriber. Turn it on for the actions you want handled, set your own budget and rates, and pause it whenever you like.
